Each month, we recognize the following petPros:

Fast Start petPro Recognition: 

• Fast Start petPros who earned $300+ in the month
• Fast Start Bonuses & Matching Fast Start Sponsor Bonuses
• Fast Start Cash Dash Bonuses & Matching Cash Dash Sponsor Bonus

General Recognition: 

• Monthly Campaign Achievers
• 5+, 10+, & 15+ New Paw Clubs in the month

Team & Title Recognition:

• Title Promotions for each title
• Top in Team Sales: The top in Team Sales is recognized in each title, from Director to 3 Star VP.

Top in Company Category Recognition:

Top in company recognition is awarded at 2 levels. 

1. All petPros 

2. Rookie petPros (a rookie is any petPro who enrolled during the current awards year)

• Top 3 in Paw Club Enrollments 
• Top 3 in Sponsoring 
• Top 3 in New Customer Sales [NPV] 
• Top 3 in Sales 

During the pawTrip Qualification Period, these categories are also recognized monthly:

pawFest is the can't-miss event where petPros come together for a weekend packed with inspiration, learning, and celebration! With thrilling reveals, valuable coaching, and countless opportunities to connect, this is your chance to fuel your growth.

The highlight of the event is the glamorous Green Gala, where we dress up in our finest pawTree green and honor the top achievers of the year with special awards. It’s a night of recognition, celebration, and unforgettable memories!

At the Green Gala, petPros will be recognized with the following prestigious awards*:

Title Recognition:

• Vice President Keys: This award is given to all petPros who promoted to Vice President during the current recognition year.
• 1 Star Award: This award is given to all petPros who promoted to 1 Star during the current recognition year.
• 2 Star Award: This award is given to all petPros who promoted to 2 Star during the current recognition year.
• 3 Star Award: This award is given to all petPros who promoted to 3 Star during the current recognition year.

Top in Company Category Recognition:

Top  in company recognition is awarded at 2 levels. 

1. All petPros 

2. Rookie petPros (a rookie is any petPro who enrolled during the current awards year)

• Top 10 in New Personal Volume: This award is given to the top 10 in New Personal Volume for the recognition year.
  • Top 10 Rookies in New Personal Volume: This award is given to the top ten Rookies in New Personal Volume.
• Top 10 in Sales: This award is given to the top 10 in Sales also known as Personal Volume for the current recognition year.
  • Top 10 Rookies in Sales: This award is given to the top 10 Rookies in Sales otherwise known as Personal Volume.
• Top 10 in Paw Club Enrollments: This award is given to the top 10 in Paw Club Enrollments gathered during the recognition year.
  • Top 10 Rookies in Paw Club Enrollments: This award is given to the top 10 Rookies in Paw Club Enrollments gathered during the recognition year.
• Top 10 in Sponsoring: This award is given to the top 10 in sponsoring for the current recognition year.
  • Top 10 Rookies in Sponsoring: This award is given to the top 10 Rookies in sponsoring during the current recognition year.

Personal Sales Milestone Recognition:

• 25K Club: This award is given to any petPro with a total Personal Volume of at least 25K for the current recognition year.
• 50K Club: This award is given to any petPro with a total Personal Volume of at least 50K for the current recognition year.
• 75K Club: This award is given to any petPro with a total Personal Volume of at least 75K for the current recognition year.
• 100K Club: This award is given to any petPro with a total Personal Volume of at least 100K for the current recognition year.

Personal Income Milestone Recognition:

• 5K Commissions: This award is given to any petPro who has achieved a minimum of 5K in commissions at least one month during the current recognition year.
• 10K Commissions: This award is given to any petPro who has achieved a minimum of 10K in commissions at least one month during the current recognition year.
• 20K Commissions: This award is given to any petPro who has achieved a minimum of 20K in commissions at least one month during the current recognition year.

Annual Top Achiever Recognition:

petPro of the Year: The petPro of the Year award is pawTree’s highest honor and is presented to the petPro who excels in their personal business and exemplifies the culture, mission, and vision of pawTree.   This petPro exhibits the behavior in their personal business that when duplicated would lead to the highest level of success.  He/She contributes and engages in the pawTree community and is an example for others to follow.  This award is based upon results of annual recognition and title promotions of self and/or team and is finalized by the home office team.

Rookie petPro of the Year: The Rookie petPro of the Year is given to the Rookie who best exemplifies the qualities of petPro of the Year.

*petPros must be registered for pawFest by the stated deadline to be eligible for any pawFest recognition tiers. 

Legacy is the exclusive annual event designed for petPros with a leadership title of Executive Director or above. This is where top leaders gather to connect, network, and grow through advanced, leadership-focused training designed to elevate your business and impact. Legacy offers an inspiring space to refine your leadership skills and create lasting connections.

As we celebrate leadership and success, we will also be honoring exceptional achievements with the following awards*:

Top in Company Category Recognition:

• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Senior petPro Promotions
• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Director Promotions
• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Senior Director Promotions
• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Executive Director Promotions
• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Vice President Promotions
• Top 3 in # of Personally Sponsored Star Promotions in VP Group (includes 1-3 Star Promotions)
• Top 3 in Overall # of Promotions in VP Group

Peer Nominated Recognition:

Rising Star Award: The Rising Star award honors those leaders who are increasing their business consistently and are either already promoting or are likely to promote to higher leadership levels.  They may be new or a leader who is starting to rise in leadership skills and results.  This award is based upon nominations from the entire field with final approval of the home office.  Only Legacy attendees may be honored with this award.

Paws Up Award: The Paws Up award honors those leaders who exemplify the “Paws Up” culture of working to help others reach their goals whether they are title promotion or sales goals.   They ask themselves, “Who is my next paw up?”  and are focused on empowering and coaching others to reach their highest desires.  This award is based upon nominations from the entire field with final approval of the home office.  Only Legacy attendees may be honored with this award.  

Vision Award: The Vision award honors those leaders who show unconditional love to all and help everyone despite of team affiliation. They have a heart of service and give of themselves to pawTree and the community at large. They must be primarily focused on pawTree, not just a “cause” outside of pawTree. This leader truly exemplifies the pawTree vision. This award is based upon nominations from the entire field with final approval of the home office. Only Legacy attendees may be honored with this award.

Annual Top Achiever Recognition:

Leader of the Pack: The Leader of the Pack award is presented to the leader who exceeds the norm in their personal business and excels in leadership of their team.   He/She is a pacesetter and gives the rest of the field something to aspire to.  This petPro exhibits the behavior in their personal business and in leadership that when duplicated would lead to the highest level of success.  This award is based upon data and recognition results and is finalized by the home office team.
