Throughout the year, pawTree hosts events to bring petPros together from around the country to build community, grow skill sets, nurture relationships, and elevate confidence.
This page provides a guide to the who, what, when, where and why of these events.
pawFest!
This annual event is the grand gathering each year!
Who's Invited?
YOU! This event is for all petPros. There is no requirement to attend other than being an active petPro with pawTree. Whether it's day 1, day 100, or year 100 for you as a petPro...we have a seat for you!
Why Come?
- Connection with petPros just like you! The pawFest Lounge is created to nurture relationship building in a fun and inclusive environment.
- Social posting! pawFest provides studio sets, props, and recording resources to boost your social presence during and after the event.
- Networking with petPros who are excited to share their proven tips and ideas for growth.
- Product Reveals! Attendees get new product information firsthand and receive free sets before they go on sale.
- Education. From stage presentations to workshops and even 1:1 connections with other petPros, everyone leaves with increased confidence from shared tips and information.
- Fun! pawFest is where we come to play as hard as we've worked! The themed welcome party is a 'not to be missed event' every year.
- Celebrate! The closing event is the Green Gala, where we dress up to show off our pawTree green and recognize top achievers from the year. This event closes with a dance party celebration!
When and Where?
It's usually held in late July in Southlake, Texas, near the company home office. The exact dates and location of the host hotel are typically announced at the annual Leadership Legacy event in January.
Registration Information
Registration typically opens up between March and April. Once announced, discounted early registration rates are available for a limited time.

This annual event is for petPros who've built a team and advanced leadership level.
Who's Invited?
All petPros who have a leadership title of Executive Director or above qualify to attend our Legacy Leadership event.
Why Come?
- Connection with like-minded leaders from across the country. You've seen them in training videos, but this is when you connect in real life!
- Social posting! Legacy events provide photo ops to promote your business and your accomplishments on social media.
- Networking with leaders who are excited to share their proven tips and ideas for growth.
- Executive level education. Leadership skill building is a vital part of business growth. At Legacy, it's about developing the CEO mindset you desire.
- Fun! Leaders work hard and we play just as hard. Upper-level leaders enjoy special experiences and excursions.
- Celebrate! This event closes with a special celebration of leadership accomplishments.
When and Where?
It's usually held in January. The host hotels move around the country. It's a great way to visit new places with great people. The exact dates and location of the host hotel are typically announced at the annual pawFest event in July.
Registration Information
Registration typically opens up right after pawFest for a short, advanced registration window and then reopens again around September or October. Once announced, discounted early registration rates are available for a limited time.
