One Title Step at a Time
The Fast Start Title Advancement bonuses are tiered to reward simple growth steps during your initial months as a petPro. While you might move through the advancements quickly, it all starts with reaching the first level and then building to the next! Each title requires personal sales, personally enrolling new petPros, and your new petPros having personal sales.
Let's take a look at earning each title bonus one step at a time.
Step 1:
Advance to Sr. petPro
- Reach no less than $250 in personal sales for the month.
- Enroll at least 1 new petPro who has at least $100 in personal sales for the month.
- You've now advanced to the title of Sr. petPro and earned a $50 bonus!
SUCCESS TIP: Don't hesitate to invite others to join you from the very start. You can both learn together!
Step 2:
Advance to Director
- Reach no less than $500 in personal sales for the month. This is around 5 new customers with an average of $100 first-time orders.
- Guide your new petPro from step 1 towards sales of $500.
- Enroll another new petPro who has at least $100 in personal sales for the month.
- GOAL: total combined sales for the month of you and the 2 who've joined you must be $1,000 or more.
- You've now advanced to the title of Director and earned a $150 bonus!
SUCCESS TIP: Use the Fast Start Cash bonuses to help guide those who join you to reach specific sales goals and work together to meet your title goals!
Step 3:
Advance to Sr. Director
- Reach no less than $750 in personal sales for the month. This is around 7-8 new customers with an average of $100 first-time orders.
- Guide your new petPros from steps 1 & 2 towards sales of $500-$750 each. Use the Cash Bonuses to inspire new customer growth of around 5-8 new customers each.
- GOAL: total combined sales for the month of you and all who've joined you must be $2,000 or more. If you hit the minimum requirement of $750 in personal sales, you'll need your team to gather at least $1250 in sales between them
- You've now advanced to the title of Sr. Director and earned a $300 bonus!
SUCCESS TIP: Never aim for the minimum; it will often fall short of meeting requirements. Aim for higher personal sales and set a goal to enroll 3-4 petPros vs aiming for the requirement of 2. This will help with required team sales volumes as well.

It's all about duplication. As you advance to Sr. Director in your Fast Start period, building skills and gaining confidence, you'll begin showing others how to do the same. As you do, matching bonuses for title advancement and sales goals will create and deliver increased income for you.
THE PATH TO $2,000 IN BONUSES...
- You advance to Sr. Director early in your Fast Start period. In doing this, you earn a total of $500 in advancement bonuses.
- You guide and mentor a person who joins you to do the same thing. When they earn their $500 in total bonuses, you earn matching bonuses totaling $500.
- Do this with a second person who joins your team = $500 in matching bonuses.
- Do this with a third person who joins your team = $500.
$500 in personal PLUS 3 matching bonuses = $2,000.
