We live in a world where many, if not most, relationships start or are maintained and nurtured on social media. While we never want to spam people with 'buy my stuff' posts, we do want to have conversations to find out who could use some pawTree help!

- Post a connecting question twice a week.
- Engage with those who comment by relating to what they share and asking guiding questions to learn more about their pet.
- Goal is to move the conversation to a messaging platform to build the relationship and invite them to try solutions.

When Connections Accept Invitations...
As you build relationships with people and guide them to the solutions pawTree has to offer, your goal is to invite them to give it a try! The yes leads to compensation. Check out the Compensation Guide when you're ready for a deeper look into the compensation structure.
For a quick start... here are the top 3 things to know about pawTree sales commissions:
- Base commission on all sales is 15%
- When that sale is a first time order from a new customer, another 15% is added to the base commission. [Yep - that's a total of 30% for a first-time customer order]
- When sales reach different tiers in a calendar month and include at least $100 in new customer sales, an additional 5%,10%, or 15% is added on top of base commissions [Yep - that's on top of first-time order bonus commissions as well]
Summary - sales commissions range from 15%-45% based.

3) Use the solutions chart as a quick reference guide when desired.
